Our approach

We believe healing happens in relationship - not through rigid protocols or one-size-fits-all methods. Our approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and narrative therapy, but what matters most is meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you're carrying grief, navigating a major life transition, processing spiritual wounds, or supporting a child or teen through a difficult season, we adapt our work to fit your story.

We offer both telehealth and walk-and-talk therapy because healing shouldn't be confined to a traditional office setting. Our goal isn't to fix you—it's to walk beside you with steady presence, deep listening, and a belief in your capacity to find your way forward.

Our services

  • Telehealth Therapy

Therapy that fits your life. Whether you're between school pickups, finally have a quiet moment after the kids are in bed, or simply prefer the comfort of your own space - telehealth makes it possible to do real, meaningful work without the commute. All you need is a private space and an internet connection.

  • Walk and Talk Therapy

Some of the most honest conversations happen while moving. Walk-and-talk therapy takes place outdoors - at your own pace, in a quiet setting - where the rhythm of walking and the openness of nature can unlock what sitting still sometimes can't. It's therapy, just without the four walls.

Meet Ben

  • Ben Miller, MA, LPCC

I grew up in Peru, and from an early age I was drawn to people - hearing their stories, what sustains them through hardship, and what helps them keep moving forward when life gets hard. That curiosity took me to Rio de Janeiro, where I worked with kids and teenagers from marginalized communities, and later to Chicago, where I earned my graduate degree from Trinity International University. From there I made my way to Los Angeles, where I work with children in the foster care system.

Over more than 20 years of working with children, youth, and teens, I've seen what becomes possible when a young person feels truly heard and safe. I offer sessions in English and Spanish, and I work with children, adolescents, families, and adults navigating a wide range of challenges. Outside the office, I'm a husband and a dad. I started this practice because I believe no one should have to face the hardest parts of life alone - and I bring that commitment to each person I work with.
